Do You Offer Other Size CNC Routers?

Whatever your space and budget requirements are, we have a system to meet your needs. While 4’X8’ is the most popular size, if you are limited by space and/or budget, we offer the Pro Series systems in 4’X4’ size as well. A smaller footprint and lower cost but still able to produce serious sign projects.

Are you looking for maximum yield from over sized sheets? The industrial CNC Pro Series Systems are available in standard 5’X10’ and 6’X12’ sizes also.

Our Custom Fabrication Division can design, engineer and build custom sizes up to 90 feet long and 40 feet wide.

Do You Provide Tech Support?

We offer free lifetime tech support to all of our customers.

While the recent trend that most manufactures or sellers have been following is claiming free and/or lifetime tech support, more often than not what that means is they provide links to user forums and bulletin board postings as a means of supporting their equipment.

This additionally burdens the customer, while in their time of need, to go through a registration process for the privilege of logging in and accessing a user forum where they are obligated to type out their issue and hope that some other user has stumbled across a solution and is on the board frequently enough to see the question and also willing to share how they patched together a solution.

Most of our customers are business owners and to them, time is money. Being down and waiting for a chat room post to be responded to is NOT tech support and quite frankly is not acceptable.

Our dedicated tech support can be reached toll free by phone or email which means you will work with an actual trained technician about any of your questions. Quick response is the name of the game so feel free text any questions while they’re top of mind also. Because we have built the same machine thousands of times, we know how to help you quickly and efficiently.

Is There a Warranty?

When you invest in our equipment, you’re not just buying a tool. You’re joining a revolution and partnering with a company who thinks a little old school. We still believe in building equipment meant to stand up to the highest standards of professional applications and we are proud to stand behind what we build. All of our equipment includes our top to bottom, bullet proof warranty. No fine print. No BS. Our warranty covers anything and everything on the table against manufacturer defects.

I Have Never Used A CNC Router Before. Is It Easy To Learn?

Our system is very easy to use, especially for sign shops, as the bulk of the learning curve is related to design software (which you already know and use daily). Our machine is run by a Windows based software that is point and click easy. If you can run a vinyl plotter, you can run our router.

Most of our customers are new to the world of CNC. We are very good at getting newbies up and routing quickly, using the abundance of easy to follow, step by step instruction material provided. We also have trainers available to visit onsite or to remote in to your computer for virtual sessions.

Can I Cut 3D Parts?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll just need the 3D model to make your toolpaths from. If needed, we’re happy to recommend software to help you with that.

Do You Sell Router Bits?

Our focus is on building the best cnc router table available. We do not sell consumable items like bits. We will provide a small starter set of general purpose bits and a resource list of our recommended sources and information for tooling. There are thousands of online sources, information and sellers and just about any bit, for any material, by any manufacturer can be found on amazon. You can even go to Home Depot or Lowes if needed in a pinch.
